This truly spectacular house, which was built and designed by one of the countries most famous house builders for his own use, has just been acquired by Posh Villas and been further re furbished although it has won the House of the Year title twice in the last 6 years. We are now taking bookings for 2008. Such is the design of the house it is suitable for a couple seeking privacy, a corporate event or two or more families.

Sundance offers:
- Heated swimming pool
- Electric Double gated entrance
- 7 double bedrooms (3 of which are on suite) 1 childrens room with bunk beds (maximum of 14 Adults)
- Fully Air Conditioned Villa

- Fabulous kitchen and dining room, with a 20 x 20 foot high ceiling lounge over looking the swimming pool
- Wireless internet. (Some laptops are not compatable using the wireless, but can be connected via a cable) There is no computer at the villa.
Over the years we have been in some spectacular holiday villas throughout the world, Sundance is up there as one of the very best. This is a safe and secure house in a prime location in Javea, where the internal fittings match the quality build of the house and swimming pool area.
The house is serviced by an English speaking couple who live nearby. They are hotel trained and can provide most services you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Including arranging transport, shopping and restaurant booking. Please note this is self catering accommodation, bedding and towels are changed on a weekly basis, should you require additional services, they will be charged at cost.
Internally Sundance offers:
- 3 large Double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite
- A further, 4 large double bedrooms sharing two beautiful bathroom suites and a childrens room with bunk beds. The bedrooms all have excellent views
- Some bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twin/singles
- No expense has been spared on the enormous hand made kitchen and dining area, which is an intregal part of the house
- There is also a magnificent dining room, which will comfortably seat 8 for more formal occasions
- The sitting room/lounge in the centre of the house has high ceilings and internal balconies
- Separate laundry room
- The games room has a pool or snooker table and a satellite television
- The ground floor has a changing room and shower room and bathroom, plus a further bathroom in between the kitchen and dining room.
Externally Sundance offers.
- Extensive and well maintained gardens A large south facing swimming pool (12m x 6m x maximum depth of 2.3m)
- Near the pool is an extensive fully built in kitchen bar and BBQ with ample tables and seating, a specially designed easy to use awning system outside the pool bar can provide shade or a wind break(for evening Al Fresco dining) in a variety of different positions depending on time of day or season
- There is also an outside changing room, shower and bathroom
- Sundance has its own spring which provides water and drinking water for the entire house gardens and swimming pool
