Why we are different

Quite simply, our villas are designed as homes and not as rental villas. If our Villas, do not have “The Wow Factor” we do not buy it. Our Villas are primarily designed for two families, which means having more than one top quality bedroom. These villas are finished to such a high standard that we regularly stay in them ourselves.

Our staff in Jávea are headed by an English speaking couple, who are hotel trained and can provide most services you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Please note our villas are self catering, bedding and towels are changed on a weekly basis, should you require additional services, they will be charged at cost.

Please note. Bookings are usually Saturday 4pm arrival to Saturday 10am departure. During off peak times other days of arrival/departure will be considered. Wherever possible we will be flexible with the arrival/departure times, but this cannot be guaranteed.

The first impressions of our villas are lasting ones and we do not want guests arriving before our cleaners have been able to complete their job.

Sea Breeze, Sunrise and Juanjo are next to Maravi. Combined the four villas have 21 double bedrooms, capable of housing 42 people in comfort.
